The CW Sling

The "CW" sling was the first of the modern fast loop up slings.  Based upon the old British "two-point" system it was developed by Carlos Widman and christened the "CW" sling by Jeff Cooper.  It utilizes the forward sling swivel and a swivel placed in front of the trigger guard. You can see the history of the Ching Sling in this design.  The CW is essentially the forward half of the Ching sling with no slider or second strap.  

For carrying, the rear of the sling is moved from the center swivel to the butt swivel.

This sling comes in a 1" width, in black or brown.   A 1-1/4" version is available in black or brown on special order only.
